The name reflects my philosophy: strategies should adapt, scale, and evolve freely—unbound by rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions. I partner with clients who are mission-focused and ready to move from reactive tactics to intentional growth.

Barry Reicherter | Principal, Scale Free Strategy

I’m is a seasoned strategist who has spent his career helping organizations transform insights into action. Before launching Scale Free Strategy, I held senior leadership roles at top communications agencies, including FINN Partners, Widmeyer Communications, and Porter Novelli. At FINN, I served as Managing Partner of Global Intelligence, leading cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. I also built and scaled the agency’s research, analytics, and go-to-market capabilities, serving clients across sectors from healthcare to government to technology.

Throughout my career, I have developed proprietary tools and frameworks that help brands better understand their audiences, clarify messaging, and plan with precision. His client work spans leading corporations and institutions, including HP, Logitech, Pearson, CHUBB, Medtronic, Honeywell, Bosch, VF Corp, Duracell, Walgreens, CareFirst, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Independence Blue Cross, and Zeus. His public and nonprofit sector partnerships include CDC, NIH, HHS, USDA, the UAE Presidential Court, American Bar Association, Bloomberg Philanthropies, Population Reference Bureau, Peterson Institute for International Economics, and IEEE.

I’m a Forbes contributor, an ANA Educational Foundation MADE mentor, and have taught MBA-level courses in business intelligence at American University’s Kogod School of Business.
