Scale Free Strategy was founded by Barry Reicherter and Christian Olsen, seasoned strategists and former directors of Global Intelligence at FINN Partners, where they led cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Barry and Christian built and scaled research, analytics, and go-to-market capabilities for clients spanning healthcare, government, and technology.

Over their careers, Barry and Christian developed proprietary tools and frameworks that help brands understand their audiences, clarify their messaging, and plan with precision. Barry Reicherter is a seasoned strategist and former Managing Partner of Global Intelligence at FINN Partners, where he led cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Barry built and scaled research, analytics, and go-to-market capabilities for clients spanning healthcare, government, and technology.

Over his career, Barry has developed proprietary tools and frameworks that help brands understand their audiences, clarify their messaging, and plan with precision.
